This is part VI of the American Coverlet series from Heartstring Samplery.
Beth tells us: "Inspired once again by the graphic appeal of woven antique coverlets from the beginning of the 1800’s, meet my newest design!
I pulled the various elements of this pattern from different antique coverlets, combining them in my own way. The included chart has lettering that is reversed, in tribute to the same effect on most signed antique coverlets."
The stitch count is 159 x 175.
The model was stitched on 36 count hand dyed Olde Towne Blend linen from R & R Reproductions using one color of hand dyed cotton floss from Classic Colorworks. Please check the boxes above to add these items to your order.
The designer doesn't mention how many skeins of Classic Colorworks is needed for this design. In order to make sure you have enough floss in the same dye lot, we are erring on the side of caution and recommending 4 skeins of Classic Colorworks.
