Design size is approx. 18.75" x 24.5" on 35 count linen or
approx. 16.5" x 21.5" on 40 count linen. Calls for
either DMC floss or Soie d'Alger silk thread, all available
from Traditional Stitches. Please check the boxes above to have

There are some really fabulous designs from "days gone
by" that deserve another look. I think that by starting
Stitch A Longs (SAL) for them, I'll help myself to work
away at them, too.
Why do it this way? Discussion, inspiration, moral
support, goal setting are wonderful advantages of an SAL.
I also wanted to present these not-so-new designs so
that, if it is your choice, you could order the charts,
kit them and stash them knowing that everything is there
for "someday". I'll introduce a new project every 2
months or so.
We are kitting it with your choice of 35 count or 40
count linen and Soie d'Alger Silk floss or DMC floss.
If you would like to choose alternate linens or threads,
I'm happy to help with your selection. I plan to keep
true to the original and use 40 count linen, but this
design would be a lot of fun to stitch in a hand dyed
silk or cotton floss or to use several different colours.

with the purchase of supplies from us.
