In my experience, these are the most versatile scroll frames in terms of sizes, interchange-ability with other frames, stands and components.

To use the webbing version, you simply hand or machine sew your needlework fabric to the webbing that is already stapled on the scroll rod. To use the No Baste system, one side is already glued onto the scroll rod...you will need to purchase the fabric side (it works a lot like velcro).
