This is the tenth release in the Antique Sampler of the Month series being released by Cross Stitch Antiques for 2021.
An unknown stitcher completed her sampler in 1832 full of luscious bouquets and bands of florals, with the unusual addition of three letter Vs at the top left.
Provenance: Nothing could be found about the stitcher as only her initials and year were provided.
Stitch Count: 229 wide x 228 high
Model stitched on 40 count Gray (formerly known as Confederate Gray) hand dyed linen from Weeks Dye Works and stitched with silks from Needlepoint Inc. Conversions to DMC Cotton floss are included.
