Linda tells us "Forever Thine is inspired by the verse on a Valentine dated February 12, 1911. One of my great-aunts saved ALL of her correspondence. The hand-written note on the back of the card reads “Dear Miss Krauss, may I have your company for next Wed. eve?” It’s so fun to read through these cards; it was very much "another time" in so many ways!
Stitch counts are: Pin Pillow 79 W x 64 H and Berries 127 x 72.
Models were stitched on 38 count Irish Coffee Legacy linen from Access and stitched with hand dyed floss from Weeks Dye Works.
Threads required include:
Weeks Dye Works ~ Aztec Red, Cayenne, Collards, Grasshopper, Straw* (*is meant to be a tonal, low contrast colour adding texture to the design).
Designs are shown finished with hand dyed Wool from Weeks Dye Works. The button and Brass charm, from Just Another Button Co. shown are included in this chart.
