Needlework Press tells us: "Bringing antiques to life is a true pleasure! In this case, we were fortunate to find an antique purse with stitching on the front and back--likely a gift. The mystery, though, is who were George and Hannah, whose names are stitched, one on each side, into the purse."

The sampler stitch count is 95w x 106h. The verse's stitch count is 106w x 92h. Each side of the antique pouch measures approximately 5.5"w x 6"h.

The model was stitched on 36 count hand dyed Vintage Autumn Gold from Lakeside Linens using a combination of hand dyed silks, and hand dyed cotton floss. A DMC conversion is included.
