Ellen tells us: "This design was originally published in 2006 as part of A Most Noble Pursuit, a collaboration sampler with that I did with nine other designers. A Most Noble Pursuit has long been out-of-print. This is my design from the larger sampler now offered separately as a framed piece.

Stitch count: 80 wide x 120 high

Stitches used: backstitch, colonial knot, cross stitch, cross stitch over one linen thread, half stitch, satin stitch over two linen threads, straight stitch, and tent stitch.

The model was stitched on 36 count Light Examplar linen from Lakeside Linens using Needlepoint Inc silk thread.  A DMC conversion is listed in the chart.
