The scroll rods with the EZ Baste Sytem come with the strip already applied to the dowels. You will need to add the fabric side to your order separately.

We do also offer the scroll rods with webbing stapled to the dowels so that you could baste, sew or pin your needlework fabric to the scroll rods. Please visit the related products below if you prefer the rods with webbing.
