This design was released at the Nashville Needlework Market in March 2017.
LaDonna tells us: "Eliza's Sampler bag is inspired by an American Antique sampler from my personal collection. Eliza provided so much information about herself in the two lines added to the bottom of the sampler. She was born December 3rd, 1803 and she was 13 years old when she finished her sampler. Eliza was born in Shapleigh, York County, Maine. Her sampler appears to be fairly simple but she did include satin stitch and some free hand flowers she stitched for her basket. Would look wonderful framed or finished as a sweet little sampler bag."
The stitch count is 88 x 185.
The model was stitched on 36 count hand dyed double dyed Autumn Gold linen from Lakeside Linens using Soie d'Alger silk floss. Please check the boxes above to add these items to your order.
