Jeannine tells us "Although I don't generally celebrate Valentine's Day, I was married during the winter and I tend to associate cold weather with romance.  This design is my take on a winter "valentine", with two small birds and a cluster of mistletoe.  One version offers the text "Love Warms the Heart" and the other features snowflakes.  Although both are presented on the same linen, the effect of the threads has a significant impact on the way the color looks, so this was a bit tricky to photograph."

Stitch count is 105 W x 77 H.

Models were stitched on 40 count Vintage Fawn and stitched with DMC Cotton floss.
