Nicola tells us: "The sampler is predominantly worked with cross stitch laid over two threads of linen. The window panes in the house are worked in satin stitches. The sampler is suitable for confident beginners through to advanced needleworkers."

Stitch count is 271 x 260.

The model was stitched using Soie 100/3 silk thread.  Conversions to Soie d'Alger and DMC floss are also provided.  The suggested linen is Eureka hand dyed linen from Fox and Rabbit.
