Nicola tells us: "Mary stitched her sampler with cross stitch over 2 strands of linen
with a palette of just 5 colours. The project has been rated as suitable
for needle workers of all levels of ability and can be stitched either
on Aida or linen.
The verse that Mary chose to stitch on her sampler “O Love the Lord and he will be a tender Father unto thee” is in itself a very tender prayer for the year 2020 when Mary’s sampler has been reproduced for you. We hope that as you stitch, the sampler will be a comfort to you in these troubled times."
