I discovered that this is a wonderful fiber to work with. You do not need to separate the plies in this thread. Use it as it comes off the floss card. Because the wool thread is thicker than cotton floss, 32/16 ct fabric is the count most suitable. Model was stitched on 40 count Dust Bunny hand dyed linen from Fox & Rabbit and stitched with hand dyed wool from Simply Wool from The Gentle Art. DMC conversion is included in the chart.
