Vickie tells us "Hannah was only 10 years old when she stitched her sampler in 1838. Her traditional design and quirky motifs are as charming today as they were when she stitched them nearly two centuries ago. We’ve provided alternate lettering for those who do not enjoy over-one stitching."

Model was stitched on 36 count Up in the Attic hand dyed linen and stitched with hand dyed cotton floss from Classic Colorworks.
