Paulette tells us: "I have had several requests to release A Colonial Candle Pocket,
and I keep forgetting to (I will finally release it next month!), so I
decided first I'd come up with a quick little pocket fit for the season.
And I even stitched it myself! And I even finished it myself too!
It is a very easy project, and I've included the tutorial for finishing
in the chart pack. I chose to design the year 1867 on the pocket
because while I was looking up some information on jack o'lanterns, I
came across a site that told of the first image of a carved pumpkin
being published in an 1867 issue of Harper's Weekly. I hope your
customers enjoy stitching this little pocket, which can be used for not
just candles, but candy corn, bittersweet, dried flowers, anything your
heart desires! ;)"
