Barbara tells us: "The Miria Bugg 1845 design is
a wonderful English sampler. Many cultures are represented in the
motifs. There are Quaker acorn trees along with Dutch potted flowers.
Peacocks and squirrels are found on most Scottish samplers. There is a
three-story brick building with lawn and towering fruit trees.
Appropriate bugs flutter about and spotted dogs are on duty flanking the
brick building. All surrounded by a cheerful floral border."
