This is a new release for Nashville 2016.
Queenstown Sampler Designs tell us: "The Mary Bullock 1829, Pyn Keep is double sided with delightful miniature samplers. On one side we have a pair of pink potted tulips, two happy puppies, a crown and Mary’s inscription. It is surrounded by a modest cable border. The other side of the Pyn Keep has a central fruit basket, mirror image flowers and pine trees, a bird and a sweet heart. The sampler is enclosed with a three-sided ribbon border sprinkled with colorful buttons. The lower border has a meandering vine with petite flowers.
There were numerous Mary Bullock’s living in 1829 in both America and England to ever determine who the maker was, or where she was from."
The stitch count is 95h x 86w.
The model was stitched on 40 count hand dyed Light Examplar linen from Lakeside Linens using a combination of silk floss and hand dyed silk floss.
