Arlene tells us "For my contribution to the Tea Time collaboration, I wanted to focus on quotes related to tea.

“A cup of tea is a cup of peace.” - I started the cross stitch design on a dark fabric. And then at some point I thought, why not stitch a Tea Time design on a tea towel! Given the lighter color fabric for the towel, two color ways for the cross stitch design are included with the pattern.

“There is no trouble so great or grave that cannot be much diminished by a nice cup of tea.” - I loved this other quote about tea but it proved to be too long to fit in a 60 x 60 cross stitch design. So, I decided to use it for a blackwork pattern instead."
