This custom designed needle minder was made exclusively for "Friesland" from Amy Mitten Designs.
Amy tells us: "The three white stripes on the flag represent the rural areas and the blue stripes are for the Frisian rivers. The seven 'pompebledden'(water lily leaves) represent the seven old Frisian sea countries from the middle ages."
